How often do you check your subscriber count?

I've been very obsessive lately, and have been checking every few minutes/hours. Many times a day.

Let me assure you, the number doesn't change that often lol. I'm just an obsessy kind of girl.

Haha!! Funny. Are you checking because you've done some networking and wanted to see if it's helping? Lol.

I rarely check mine, I just haven't been focused a lot on YouTube lately. While I can sometimes get really into looking at statistics, I don't really pay much attention to those either (and most of the time I look at it from an analytical perspective as opposed to caring about the numbers).

I used to check it fairly regularly, but I realized I was paying more attention to my sub count than I was on thinking up new ideas for videos and getting better at filming/editing/writing. So I try not to pay attention to the sub count anymore. It's there, and once in a while, I do look and think that I should have more, or that I've done well, but I don't want to become a subscriber chaser more than I am a video creator.

Really well said! I am working on cultivating that kind of an attitude about it as well. The only reason I think it's good to check is to motivate yourself to do better videos so that you can reach more people in a positive way!

I do it more times than I care to admit...but I'll be checking it a lot more almost 3 days after upload a new animation.

Last year when I was getting in the neighborhood of 1,000 subs per day and over 100k views per day I checked constantly. Now that my channel has died down, due to lack of time to create quality content, I don't bother to check.

The only thing I check daily is my adsense.
