Channel URL differences?

Hello guys, I have some questions regarding URL.

I recently have my custom youtube url but it's acting abit weird.

First of this is what my channel URL looks like:

youtube.com/c/stuffwedotogetherworld

But it only works with /c/ and when I change /c/ to /channel/ it doesn't work anymore?

And also I've seen youtube channels where they don't use the /c/ but uses the /users/ part, anybody can tell me the differences?

Yes, Youtube made some changes a couple of months ago...and now you have to have over 500 subscribers to have a custom URL :/ You can read about it here: http://yttalk.com/threads/new-custom-url-terms.150388/
