Channel stuck, not growing

I bet I'm super late to this but why is my channel stuck with low subs and views? Just need a word of advice or so.

Using websites are great, but you need to expand. If you are a student at school, tell all of your friends about it, advertise, make t shirts. Then you have to wait patiently for these views to grow.

Exapnd, do a giveaway, a vlog, a new video game, new intro/outro, do game reviews, product reviews, stuff like that will bring in many different kind of people, not just those 1 or 2 people every day.
