Definitely click through to see which videos yours were suggested to. You might be able to make a pivot toward more content that could get similarly suggested.
 
The same happened to me. Went from 38 subs to 70 subs over Christmas I know it's still not a very high number but i was chuffed. It helped one of my videos was highlighted on the Attitude website which increased it's views from 500 to 15k.
