Channel review request.

Hey Folks Happy Easter! Hope everyone is enjoying it

So I've been putting a lot of time and effort into my channel. It's still very new and I have about 8 videos now. I've been fortunate enough to get quite a bit of views from some reddit posts, and have 1 video put on a website. The thing is, when I'm not getting the views from Reddit or a 3rd party website, i'm not really getting any views and I'm wondering where I'm going wrong. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, It's quite disheartening putting hours and hours into 1 video and not see much growth.

Good analogy. Sometimes I think I get too obsessed with becoming popular or "known" quickly that I forgot it takes time.
