Channel review request - what am i doing wrong and what should i change?

Hey guys kevin here a.k.a. Dylucke. I started my channel a little more then 2 months ago and haven't really been having any success with my views (other then 2 episodes which got over a 100 views, 1 of them getting that in about a day). I basically wanted to know what you guys think i could do differently, better or shouldn't do at all. A review of my channel in general and the SEO would be amazing.

I personally think i suck at tagging so any advice on that would also be appreciated.

Hi lucke. Well for being on youtube since 2 months not bad at all ( basically our channels have the same age but your subs and views count is muuuuuuch higher then mine xD.) Yeah maybe you can improve a little with the tagging and I will give you a couple of tips: you can use some keyword suggestion tool that you can find on google and also if you can't think about some tags to use you can type the name of the game in the youtube search bar and check the auto completion results (those are the most popular searches and you can use them).
A final tip could be to downloadthe chrome extension Tubebuddy because it can give you an hell of a hand ( you can check the tags of other videos, it can give you an evaluation of the worthiness of that tags and stuff).
That being said keep going!

Actually downloaded Tubebuddy yesterday, it's a major help although after the free trial ends is it still worth it ?

I really didn't know how and what to really tag so thanks for the tips ![DOUBLEPOST=1460159369,1460115207][/DOUBLEPOST]I was wondering if titles for videos also have an impact on your exposure ? also any more feedback you guys and gals can give me is appreciated !
 
I have not been getting any subs for almost over a week now and would really like to know if i'm doing something wrong ! So please leave your feedback :)
 
I've been doing a video every day now and just looked at a video by Tim Schmoyer from video creators talking about "How To Address Frustration of Slow YouTube Growth" and got a good tip out of that.

I basically looked up my viewer retention and it seems a lot of people either drop off after the intro or like 10 seconds after the intro. What am i doing wrong, what can i do better and what shouldn't i do ?

I will also try some videos without the intro but other then that i'm pretty much stumped so it would be awesome to have some help with this.
