I think you should get a better microphone because it's really hard to hear what you are saying.
Also, in what way are you trying to specialize yourself?

Everyone else pretty much said it you need a new mic.. Not sure if that one will do the trick usually cheap ones are not that great but hey we will see it could turn out to be a kick as mic. Also in the future you are going to need newer games at first you will have to buy these but then maybe you could ask developers for copies later on. Best of luck to you!
