Channel review for a noob?

Hey guys, i just started posting youtube video for about 2 weeks now, and Im at that point where I just really want someone to be brutally honest with me and tell me what im doing wrong and right lol, if anyone could give me a review and some constructive critisim I would really appreciate it.

I think your videos need an effort to make them more interesting, talk anything while playing to make the viewers more interested in ur content
