Channel problem

So ive been gone for a long time on my channel and I came back yesterday with a vid and even if I got 65 subs it only got 8 views?What should I do?

This is normal, since most of your subscribers have forgotten about your channel since you took a long break, the only thing you can do is to try and earn your following back by making more videos, and sticking to a schedule, like once a week, or once every two days, something like that. It doesn't need to be on a certain day, but that would help if it was every Monday/Tuesday/etc.
