Channel Not Growing

I know i dont have a channel banner but my friend is making me one soon. What am i doing wrong with my channel? Any feedback/critisism would be helpful, thanks
 
I have taken a look at your channel and some of your content. The first thing I saw that was no custom banner on your channel, your avatar was fine. But having no custom was quite distraction. Your content is fine the commentary was fine and the gameplay was good. The thumbnails are not the greatest either though but they are fine for me personally. So overall just make some custom areas your channel`s design :)
 
- Your channel logo looks nice but you definitely need a banner in the same design that also tells about your content and upload cycle.
- Use more like a best of in your channel trailer instead of a random video.
- Have a big subscribe button at the end of your trailer.
- You "About" section is generally fine but it would be better to use the first line for something punchy as it shows up in search results.
- You thumbnails should have the same design as your logo to strengthen the branding.
- Don't use the same thumbnail image over and over again. Show what is catchy about that particular episode.
- Start your titles with something more catchy e.g. "Three penalties in a row - England vs Spain FIFA Gameplay"
- Your audio quality is fine.
- Give a short introduction about what a viewer can expect on each video.
- Use an interactive end slate to drive viewers to other videos of yours.
- If you want to return the favor name one thing you would improve on my channel :)

Cheers for the feedback i really do appreicate it. Maybe you could upload a bit more regularly if you have the time
 
No channel banner on a channel means to me "This person is just some regular youtuber, I don't need to be here." That'll be your first step.
 
Your subscribers are pretty accurate to your video views. You just have to mix it up a little bit. There are already so many FIFA 15 videos out there. You need to find a way to create more entertaining content. I like how XXLRay was talking about your channel design and what you display on it. Most people who are successful are so because they create a brand. It is important to create your brand and create a brand that is different than anyone else. What separates you from every other gamer who plays FIFA 15? When you differentiate yourself, then you can except more channel growth.
