Channel Names

Hello, has anyone wanted a very unique Youtube channel name? I was wanting the channel "Darren" for my vlog channel, but is there any way I can contact youtube and get them to remove this inactive channel?!
 
You'd nearly want the channel to have close to no content and be inactive for probably around a year before requesting it.

I actually tried that because I wanted youtube.com/user/SiegeTV but it was taken, and they said I didn't have enough views/subscribers to get the vanity url I wanted.

My "network" is AdSense. ;) Thanks though (wasn't looking to ask for a custom URL, but I have a few other things I'd love to get in touch with them about).
