Channel Name question

Back when I was a young stupid grasshopper with 30 subs, I started TechnoTacoGaming. I quickly realized it was a stupid idea and deleted it. Now I want to re-create it, but it says the username was taken already :/
Do I have to reactivate the old one? How?

No real ideas on how to reactivate it though

It's impossible. It does actually say this when you delete a channel; once the channel name is gone it'll be a good while before it becomes available again
