Channel is frozen. What do i do?

Well social blade says you have a really health sub growth, but your views are where the problem lies, this can mean alot of things

One thing could be you've changed your content drastically presently but it doesent look like it

Another could that people come, they watch and like you, they sub but there not engaged with your stuff, there watching but there not attached to your channel so they drop off, if thats the case then you should make some community videos or a community section so they feel like there involved like a qna or a viewer of the week thing

If all else fails, try introducing a new weekly show, get the feelers out find out what your fans want to see

Over all else, use social blade to find out what you need to know about your viewers and what is working when you test

It can be anything that lets your fans feel like your interested in them and what they have to say, it can be a qna, you could let them in on a part of your life like a story, you could ask them for feedback, when i started campaigning for audience interaction and my monthly views went from around 2500 to 4100 because they were going back and watching my older stuff because they were invested in me as much as my channel

No problem, i used to work with google ads for a living, including analytics, im thinking about offering my services for a shout out but im on the fence about it incase i get dead subs

I no exactly how you feel belive me! Going through a dry spot myself and it sucks. Our channel does not have many subs so it's something we cant really afford.
