Channel Help?

At first I was getting views and subscribers, but now not many people are seeing my videos. Anyone know how I can get people to see my videos?

You only have 11 subscribers, so don't expect a bunch of views. Maybe there is not much of an audience for the content you are uploading. Be patient and the views/subscribers will come. Maybe collab with someone? Are you promoting your videos?

Takes a lot of work bud. It's difficult for small channels to get going.

I'd argue that the most important of youtubing by far is networking with others.

Im in the same boat, but I love making vids so just stick it out , If you are confident, consistent and legitimately enjoying it, views will eventually come.
