I don't like the font. It doesn't match the background image you have on the banner or the texture.
I don't care for the image you have in the background. If you are going to have texture and an image, it should go together. The way it is set up, it doesn't go together at all. I think ditching the image would make it way better. (I'm not sure what the image has in relation to the channel... But then I didn't check out the videos.) The gradient it creates is nice but the image, I don't care for at all.
I think the "P" avatar is a bit plain; it could use some more color... Maybe the stroke could be thickened, but it goes with the banner. It's good.
