Channel Feedback, please? Considering a change, but wanted outside opinion first

Hello, I'm Scoryth of the Crimson Renegades. My wife/YouTube partner, Zeraphya and I are wondering if our channel is lacking something. Now, we weren't expecting to upload 3 videos and have 100,000 subscribers in two weeks, but we feel that we should be growing more than we are. Let me describe our channel and what we've been trying to do. We run a gaming channel where we play video games, either separately or together, and upload them with personal commentary as well as upload comedy sketches based around video gaming. We've been doing our best when uploading to use thumbnails, good titles, appropriate tags, accurate descriptions, etc. Our most recent concern is, perhaps, our attempt to be "unique" in our ways has made us too difficult to find. More specifically, we have different "shows" that describe what each game will be. For example, our show called "Playthrough" is a guided walkthrough of a game, as opposed to another show called "Blind Play" where we play through a game that we've little experience with (if any at all) for a more "natural" reaction to the events in game. We've never directly used the term "let's play" with our videos and THAT is what we believe is more of a hindrance than a help. We originally thought by using the term "let's play" in our videos that we'd be too much like other channels. Now we believe that we're too far on the OTHER end of the scale and our videos can't be easily found without specifically looking for "Blind Play Bioshock" for instance. We could really use some feedback on this. If using "let's play" in the title somehow would increase our viewership in some way, or if you find something else that you think may help us grow, please let us know. We've had our channel for about two years and we feel that we're not growing like we should. Again, we're not expecting to be the next PewDiePie, Markiplier, or Jacksepticeye, (although that'd be nice) but we feel like we should have grown more than we have.
