Channel dying before it even set off

Hi guys, I have a major problem not with my main channel Stike96 (that is going great) but with 2aplays. The channel is totally dead, it gets like 5 views a day or something and we lost a subscriber just recently and now we are on 6. Can you guys please give me feedback on the channel as I really have no clue what to do with it, I would cancel it if it was just me in it, but my brother is also in it and I don't want to stop it because of him.

I am also really struggling with having the time for that channel, do you guys think that is why it is failing?

Well it depends. How long have you been a youtuber and two is your heart still in and do you enjoy making the videos?

If you only have 6 subscribers Id say it wasnt really off the ground at all anyway. You need to focus on promotion, get your content seen and work on converting those views into subscribers. Make your content compelling. Leave them wanting more.

My advice is read the YT Playbook. Start promiting yourself on twitter (Look at my article I posted on here for reference) and get yourself seen. It wont happen over night and it will take a lot of work but if you are willing to try then it will pay off

I'd say just keep doing videos but research and figure out a new thing that works for you. Since your current model isn't working, make catchy titles, cool thumbnails etc could help to. But at least you know 1 thing, something needs improvement you just gotta figure out what. (everyone's different)

I know how you feel. I personally like your Stike channel, it's very good. I'd say for now focus on one channel and then when you've got a good ground, perhaps pick up your second channel?

I am not really too bothered about gaming on Youtube but I know my brother is, he is just too young to manage a channel by himself so I have to do it . I love making videos for my main channel though .

I think I will go through the Playbook, I looked at it once but didn't really act on it. I'll have to see about better content. I really think that our promotion needs to improve to as you said, I think it is also a matter of there are not enough people finding the videos in the first place. I'll also be sure to check out your post .

Yeah I may need to see about changing the thumbnails I feel that they are a little boring at the moment. Hopefully me and Adam (my brother) will be able to come up with a new idea soon for the channel.

according to this socialblade. com/youtube/user/2aminecraft/daily (sorry but I don't have VIP just yet because it's hard for me currently to get it but it's for the topic and its not a video so just remove the space with .com) there really was nothing lost just a couple of subs here and there lost but gained back, all staying around 7 subs, plus considering your channel has been around about the same time as mine you haven't really uploaded much to the channel. Just do what you think is best but you have to consider that it is hard to get off the ground since there a boat load of gaming/reviews/let's plays/no commentaries/etc. out there for gaming

I honestly never got how to promote on twitter that was a confusing part for me

Just record in bulk during weekends, edit through it, upload it and release it when you want to
