I made a potential new logo for my channel, any thoughts?

Yes I know, that's why I wanted to change it, but I am not a graphics person. I made both in Microsoft Word

I am making a mess... Do you guys like how it is right now? The logo I showed earlier didn't fit in the circle Google+ makes of it... My cat's nose got cut off.
