Change YouTube account e-mail?

I Love YTtalk
I was wondering if I could do that with YouTube. I was gonna set up a custom email for my account, but I don't know if I can.
 
top right click the arrow to get the drop menu > on the google side click settings> scroll down and you sohuld find your current email and the change option beside it.
