Change channel URL

So I noticed today that youtube.com/ChaseButler says it's unavailable, so does this mean that I could possibly get it? And if so, is there any way of getting my channel URL switch to it?

Someone made a thread about having two URLs the other day, and in order to do that you got to talk to a YouTube rep at their HQ. (That's what Wreckless said at least).

I've heard that even if you contact the Youtube reps about a name change, they rarely let you change it. Best of luck though

AFAIK, you need to be a partner (a real partner) to get a URL change. No harm in asking though I suppose.

I don't think they let people do it anymore. You could reclaim as a Partner back in 2008/09/10 , I've did that many times for some cool URLs. Now that they force Google+ Names everywhere, they are phasing people out of normal usernames.
