can't seem to gain an audiance

Hi, i'm Novah. I have a bad problem, I go around seeing people with these stupid and unentertaining videos (with only like 5 videos uploaded total) with a couple thousand views. I upload daily, play with subscribers, and everything else, can can't seem to get over 30 views on my newer videos.

Let me explain what my channel is. I have a small gaming channel with almost 50 subs, and I am very thankful for that. As I stated earlier, I upload daily, and have a series called Tech Friday's, where I talk about recent news in tech and gaming. Mostly I try to stay on the comedic side when making videos, but sometimes here or there I have a serious video.

I know that that it will take a long time to get a big audience. I am not looking for a huge fan base. I just feel this is slow for starting this channel over a year ago and people uploading 3 videos and getting 3x the views mine gets. I usually put thumbnails, interesting titles, lots of tags, I interact with viewers, upload daily, and am active on social media (twitter). And I still don't seem to be gaining views, actually, i'm losing them. If anyone can help me feel free to leave a response below and check out my channel.

bud im seeming to have the same problem (not with this channel i just started this one today) iv had a page for over a year, posting gaming videos of car games and driving gaems. Im on social media, i play with subs, use tags, all that and i have the same issue :/

Hmm, I took a quick look at your channel and here's a super quick review:

-Improve the thumbnails. The text doesn't stand out, the colors are too bright, or are just screenshots.
-Fill out the video descriptions. The keywords will rank you higher in search.
-Use correct grammar/capitalization in titles. It shows you're professional and serious.
-Fill out the "About" section and use proper grammar/capitalization. Again, helps with getting found in search and shows professionalism.

Good luck.

Thank you for the feedback! It really helps me correct the mistakes in my channel. I honestly forgot about the channel description after all the changes YouTube made to their design. Thanks again![DOUBLEPOST=1397092817,1397092762][/DOUBLEPOST]

Well, bud. You only have three videos up. You have a lot of room to improve. Just keep pumping those stories out :)

I am not sure if you are already doing this or not but this is just an at a glance take:

SOCIAL NETWORKING:
-One great way to get a YouTube channel going is by having a heavy presence on more than 1 (I am on facebook, instagram, google+, twitter, deviantart) social network and using those networks to bring in new viewers. Think about ways you could use gaming and other personal talents to set up several different kinds of social site pages that can bring in new viewers. It can be hard to get viewers off of YouTube alone, especially in the beginning!

SEO and TAGS:
-Tags, tags, TAGS! I get more than half my daily views from Youtube Search alone. There are a few things they don't openly talk about though when it comes to using tags and doing search engine optimization (SEO). The most important words associated with your video are the words you enter for your videos title. That means that if you put "Call of Duty" in the title of your video it will show up as more relevant than videos that don't have "Call of Duty" in their title but have it in their description or tags. Keeping that in mind this is how relevancy works:
-Title (most important words)
-Description (second most important words)
-tags (least important search words)

YOUR TITLES:
Looking at your videos I can see you are putting the game titles into your titles. That is good!, but remember that there are thousands of channels out there releasing videos that will also have those words in the title every day! To get above the crowd you are going to have to think about things that happen in your videos that people would also search for. Things that would make your videos have a more unique relevant search. Like if you have a glitch happen in game, add the words glitch to the title, describe the glitch in the title, give it something unique that will help users find it and find it again.

YOUR DESCRIPTIONS:
Looking at your descriptions, I don't see much at all. This is something you can really take advantage of and often I see channels not. If you really want to get an edge in SEO take FULL advantage of your descriptions! In my descriptions I add a first paragraph that is clean and easy to follow. It usually give a recap of the edit I am currently doing. In that paragraph I add a lot of descriptive words that are good for search. These words are things like golden lighting, god rays, bright greens, saturated color etc. After that I add a list of the tools I use in the video in photoshop so that people have a list they can look at quickly but also so that if people search for those tools on YouTube, my videos show up. After that I have a paragraph that talks in almost unreadable detail about the kinds of things I do on my channel. I stuff it to the brim with describers. That way people can see what I am about but it also will put my videos in the search results when people are looking for videos about things I do.

You can do the same and cater it to your own channels theme! Now since any and every word of use is in my description, time to move onto tags.

YOUR TAGS:
I can't see your tags so I don't know how many you make or what they are. Here is what I do with my tags.

By the time I get to my tags I have already exhausted describing words for my video,... in English. Photoshop videos are very language barrier breaking though because tools don't move. So next I move on to adding words in other languages. I add German, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic etc. I add simple words about color retouch and Photoshopping and it gets me a massive international following! A lot of other languages and countries are starved for new media and very willing to partake in English videos. If you think your videos could appeal to an international audience, don't forget to attract them. =)

PERSONAL PRESENCE:
A lot of audience likes to have a connection with the people they follow, consider breaking up game videos with vlogs once in a while preferably in person. People like to meet the face behind the voice every once in a while. =)

Those are my two cents! Hopefully some of those will help! ^^[DOUBLEPOST=1397094474,1397094165][/DOUBLEPOST]Also I forgot to mention. You have a very good voice presence and your videos are definitely of quality!

Your videos are pretty good, just work on the SEO as mentioned above and play patient. I've grown more in the past six months than in the 18 months before that. My past 30 videos have been more successful than the previous 100+. It's just a matter of patience and hard work until your channel grows. Channel growth is exponential, not linear. So keep working hard and eventually your channel will jump!
