Can't make money on youtube.

Yeah, so you SHOULD NOT use the F&F song. Use royalty-free music, like the guy said. You'll still get money provided you read the terms carefully. Some royalty-free music cannot be monetized, read the terms.
Don't mess with Youtube's copyright, I say. It's brutal. Here're some tips:

How can I find out if I can use that song or not?
Is there a website or something?
I've already vsynced that video and it will be a headache to re-edit it.

There are many different Creative Commons licenses.
As long as your music has an Attribution/Share Alike license and not a Non Commercial license you should be fine.

You cannot. Fast & Furious is almost certainly copyrighted.
That's what we said to use the royalty-free music.

unknown songs from unknown producers. Which give their music for free
to use in any video only if you give appropriative credits to its author.
Not all author allow you to use their music in monetise videos.

In results you will see a youtube channel with a big collection of music for your
videos. In the description you will see instructions on what you have to do, to
use this song.

You can check other google results for other sources of free music. :)

Mate just read all answers again :) You do not have any right to use this song, not commercial not just for fun. ( you can use it for fun - home video to keep your pc / dvd ) but you can not upload it to youtube, will receive a strike on your account. 3 strikes Youtube account banned for ever.

I've already used a song that isn't mine and couldn't monetize it..
I didn't get blocked for it..
Why and how?

Well it depends from the company that is claiming rights over the song. You might receive strike later or video will have ads but you will no receive anything.

You know what, best way to see what will happen in practice is for you to create a second youtube channel and upload a video with that song there and see what will happen. Then you will know exactly what to expect.

Ads were disabled,song was written by youtube:"click here to buy bla bla"
