Can't change banner?

So, I made myself a new YouTube Banner, but I can't change it on YouTube...
Everytime I try to, it tells me to log in, which redirects me to the login page (in a new window). When I log in there, I just get a blank window.
I've put a screenshot in the spoiler:

Have you tried using other browsers? I've been getting Youtube problems on Chrome as well lately.

Same thing happened to me, I just have up and a week alter I tried again and it worked
