Can you make video responses still

I've seen in a lot of videos there is a tip to make vid responses but how do you do that ?

You can't anymore dude, they took it away a while ago. Don't you remember Bob's Army? People can make responses to videos but can't make video responses by actually linking it to the video, get what I mean? Unless Bob succeeded

But he resurfaced and went big again when responses where taken away. They happened around the same time anyway.

It pisses me off so much they took it away. But at the same time it might be for the best, just like how I wish we could IM on this forum but Michael understands why it's bad from an angle I can't see, maybe youtube is the same in this issue.

Yeah they they took it away a year ago i think Cuz at that time no one use that, low publicy so they they took it away.
