Can you download thumbnails?

Hey all!

I have custom thumbnails on all of my videos. I'd like to use one of the thumbnails for something but can't find where I saved it on my computer. Is there a way to download it from YouTube? Can't figure it out! Thanks in advance.
 
Yeah but its not perfect, replace # in the following URL with the video ID, the video ID comes after watch?v=, make sure to remove the &list if it is added to the URL.

http://img.youtube.com/vi/#/maxresdefault.jpg

If you are unsure still please post the link for the video without www. or http:// here and I will show you an example using it :)
