I like it! It's a very simple design, but that's best for endtiles - you don't want it too complicated! Only a few tiny (and I mean tiny) things you could tweak:
1. Background color (as Okari mentioned above me). Just a change of colour, maybe something brighter, is not only more eye-catching but it gives a better vibe. Given your channel is jokey and entertaining, a lighter colour seems more upbeat. That's just my opinion, but couldnt hurt!
2. Have both featured videos the same size! It's a very tiny thing, and I'm being pretty pedantic about it, but it'd make the whole thing seem a lot nicer and more polished.

But it's very clean and simplistic. If that's what you like you should keep it. The only thing I don't like is the plain black background. If you have any artistic skills you could try and make something a little more in-line with your brand? Perhaps something like you channel banner where you can clearly see you're "Ships & Sailors Comedy" ?
