What is this? Should I do something about it? Your help is much appreciated! Thanks in Advance :-)

Are the websites embedding your videos from your channel on their website, or are they stealing the videos and uploading them under their name?

If they are embedding your videos on your channel, that's a good thing. If they aren't, get those videos taken down.

Exactly.
If the video is embedded, then it all goes towards your view count through external sites.
It's like a retweet(if you know twitter), and people are just sharing your video.

oh okay. It looks like my name is still on it when I hover over the video :-) Whew. Thanks for the responses. I appreciate it.

It doesn't appear to me that they are using the YouTube embed feature. I should be able to click on the video somewhere and have it take me to your video on YouTube. It seems to me that they stole your video. If I'm wrong, somebody please educate me.

The coding on the video boxes of websites can be changed. That's why some embedded youtube videos lack the youtube button and option of fullscreen.

I have been to the above link a few times now and I have never seen an ad show up on the video. Does the website disable ads as well?

To be honest, I doubt that the website is really getting that many views from you. You could disable the ability to embed your videos if you wanted to.

If you check your YouTube Analytics, find the Analytics for your video, click on Traffic Sources, and see how many views that video is getting due to embedding your video.

I just checked my last 30-day stats. I got 10 million views and 18,619 (0.2%) were from from embed players. It's such an insignificant percentage that I don't want to turn off embedding because that would disable everybody from doing so.
