Request Can Someone help me resize this?

so I had a friend make me a youtube banner, but neither of use know how to resize it so that it wont look super weird. is there anyone out there that can help me resize?

It's the wrong size youtube banners are 2560x1440 but most of the top and bottom of the image you don't see unless you are watching on a television app

just add sections on to the top and bottom, they wont be visible on your channel page it's just youtube being weird, if you resized that to the correct size it would be mega warped and stretched
