Can No Longer Disable Ratings on YouTube Videos....

Has it been removed?? Just noticed that I have 6 likes on one of my newsiest uploads.. (not that I'm complaining)



I had originally disabled the ratings due to haters a year ago. But now they've all died down.

Anyone-else know about this featured being removed?

Feature not removed, though it might have had a reset after an update maybe. You still can turn it on/off from Defaults menu or from each"video edit-advanced settings - uncheck/check "Users can view ratings for this video.

Yeah i understand turning it off - We got hit by a few dislike bots on our earlier videos and decided to remove ratings for a while until we thought it had gone then enabled them again so yeah i totally see why you would do it although 6 dislikes isn't too bad and can be repairable so maybe just see how it goes for a bit longer (Y)

true I'm going blind - In that case why are you considering turning it off?

I have the same problem. I have the feature turned off and still get thumbs up and down. I even tried to turn the feature on then go back and disabling it but no matter what i still get thumbs up and down. If its not a removed feature then there has to be some glitch with it.
