According to that link AND Wikipedia it's public domain, and I want to make a Monty Pythonesque opening to a video where I run to the camera and say "It's.....". Reason I ask is because I used a song from freepd.com once and some company filed a claim which I disputed and won. Thing is, now I have an unrelated copyright strike and two community guideline strikes and just got back from a ban about 30 minutes ago and I'm afraid if someone files a claim I'll get a strike and be banned or terminated without being able to appeal it.
Is there a way to point out the creative commons thing so YouTube knows it immediately?
