I want to use some music for my outro and intro but I don't really like the royalty free music. So I was wondering if I could use music from someone who makes really nice music. I will give full credit I will leave link and name of composer in description and leave an annotation on the outro and intro.

Go to Music Promotion Channels. Usually, music like that is free to use as long as you credit the artist.
