can I restrict my upload video by country or browser language?

Hi

I want a certain video I uploaded or ALL my videos uploaded to be viewed only by people in my country.
is that possible ?

restricting my entire channel by country is ok too if that can be done
 
I think the best way to achieve this would be to put tags in your language. For instance if you are french then put the tags in french and when french people search for it they'll use french words. This is the best I could come up with. Maybe someone has better suggestions. Good Luck.
 
I know that there are some options for limiting videos by country, but I've never had the need to mess around with them so no idea how they work.
I'm also not sure if this might be available only to partners or monetizers.

I have uploads (videos) that are relevant for my country only, mainly because of the language.
furthermore, my country is the most hated country in the world and I'm sick and tired of getting hate comments (or having to disable them) on my videos and sick and tired of getting hate personal messages (or having to disable that feature)....
the best way is to restrict my channel and\or the videos I upload to only people in my country.

No, you didn't. You just whined about being from "the most hated country".

But to the question then:
Youtube doesn't offer that option to users, because by uploading to Youtube you agree to this in the terms of service:

"For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting User Submissions to YouTube, you hereby grant YouTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the YouTube Website and YouTube's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the YouTube Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the YouTube Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in User Videos terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your User Videos from the YouTube Website. secondly: to whom IS this option available ? partner accounts ?
I saw "This video is not available in your country" on many videos on youtube

Branded channels who has paid for features like that can have it.
And many videos have "This video is not avaible in your country" because of copyright infrigment.
