You don't. If the owner of the intellectual property wants it taken down, it gets taken down. The only way for you to appeal that is by going to court and maybe they'll rule in your favor, but they probably won't, so good luck with that. YouTube certainly isn't going to side with the video owner over something as vague and trivial as 'fair use'.
