Can I make a background without photoshop??

When I was using a Windows PC my favorite program was called "Paint.NET". It could do basically everything photoshop could. And it was free.

I thought you already had it haha that was an assumption made wrong. Well Gimp is good or you could find a free version of it just search around on youtube?

Another good website is www.pixlr.com it opens up .psd files. So you can use the template files with layers.
