can i get some advice and opinions on my recent video?

hey guys

i recently posted a new video (sort of getting back into the swing of youtube) and wanted to know how i can improve my videos and how i can reach out to more users by self promoting! if you have any tips that would be greatly appreciated! i am also happy to help ya'll out too!!!

GOOD= voice over & video design
thought you used a cellphone to record it then checked the description,,,(thx for putting it there I put info/setting in video descriptions as well)
what about thumbnail ?

im not very good at thumbnails and not sure what wouldve been appropriate for my videos

there are several videos on your channel with great thumbnails, first 2 for example

most of the time I simply take 1 picture from the video(usually an option inside the video editing program),,,, a picture that I like or one that represents what the video is about = then design things onto it in Photoshop
