Can I get a partnership if my AdSense account is banned?

Please do not give out illegal advise like telling to to create a new Adsense under someone else's name... And NO ONE is trying to scare him. They are giving him the truth.
 
The simple answer for you right now is that no network will partner you. The reason you would partner to a MCN is mainly because to make money, and with your account being disabled there is no reason that an MCN would what to take you in. So you have mainly two things to do, One is to stay with the channel that you already have and just keep making videos. But if you go this way you can never make money off your videos while uploading to that channel. Your other option is to create a new channel, if you go this way yes you will have to start over. But if you really want to make money off your videos and become serious in youtube this is your best and really only option.

So there you go theres only two choices and if I was you I would make a new account, and I know the situation your in very well because I was flagged with the same problem, and I made a new channel and am not partnered with ZoominTV. So its possible to rebuild and still have a lot of views and subs.

Just be very careful when uploading gameplay to youtube and always take down any copyrighted content. It will really help, and make it easier for you to partner with a network in the future.
