Can I get a partnership if my AdSense account is banned?

So my Adsense account was banned for the usual, illegal clicking thing. So I was wondering if I wanted to partner with a network would I be denied because of being banned? Cause if so that would be a major blow and would set me back. I would then have to make a new channel and a new Adsense account. If your monetization tab is disabled then yes you won't be able to partner with any MCN. If you decide to start a new channel, don't enable monetization nor start a new AdSense account. If you do that your new channel will also be disabled from monetization.

They can't. You are being punished by Google with a banned Adsense account. MCN's cannot link you because YouTube will not permit it.

And you are only allowed to have one Adsense account, per the Google advertising rules. So it's not advisable for you to create another.

So what you're sayin is, even if I make another channel and I get invited to a partenership I still can't get accepted because of Adsense?

Nope, didn't say that. Just that you're done with Adsense. If you make a new channel, don't link it to a new, or your old adsense. If you keep that link clear, then you will be able to partner the channel later (once it's big enough depending on the network).
 
you can open new adsense with another name of your family any name your brother or anybody , dont listen to this kind of guys who try to scare u since its all good :) you can just use another name and everything will be OK :)) you go and do your work dont worry u wont get disabled if u dont use copyrighted video or invalid clicks.
