Can I apply twice for a Machinima partnership

I have a small YouTube gaming channel. I have 140 subscribers. People say that if someone is small and they have good content, Machinima might consider them. I want to apply, just to do it. I don't think that I'm going to be accepted now, but can I apply again when I reach all their requirements?

Really doesn't matter if you have good content, if you meet their ~ 50 views daily requirements and are willing to give them 40% of your revenue they'll pretty much accept you.

Yeah, and if I'm not mistaken their contract is 3 Years? Back out of it if possible.
