I keep received the ! sign after being review, tried uploading several video but it return the same, anybody faced it too for now?

It means you need to provide proof of commercial rights, what are you trying to upload?

No background music? If not just tell them you can provide commercial rights, select the one that says "this is my original content" or one that resembles that, and tell them you recorded this video yourself and it is your original video, words to that effect.

no copyright music for sure, can u try upload anything to your channel and try to monetize?, u can delete it afterwards
