Camera?

'Cause Grades.
I am in desperate need of a new camera. I've heard of the Canon S100 I think or S166 something like that and am considering it but is there anything cheaper? That thing's like 400 bucks!
 
Isnt the s100 cheaper then 400 ? ive seen it for like 200 quid over here and im sure thats only like 350 dollars of something

You looked at and dslrs ? im not sure how much a 600d is over there
 
If you're looking for high quality filming and looking at a lower budget, DSLRs are amazing.
But I guess you're looking at an even lower budget. If so, I recommend getting a camcorder, not a Powershot.

Look around a bit, but for under 200 - this is the best I could do. Not much of a camera guy.

200 dollars ? thats gonna be really hard to find something with really good quality for that range, also im in english prices. Have you tried looking around at second hand and used equipment ? i think that will be your best bet on that kind of budget. A canon 600d is what i used to film although i am looking at getting a 5d or 7d which are even out of my range at the minute. But even finding a t1i aka 500d for 200 dollars will be a struggle
