Well that depends on how much you would be willing to pay I guess. I can recommend the Nikon D3100 which I use. It costs about 350 Euros and the video quality is great.

I would go for an entry level DSLR if you have the money for one:

Try and get one with a swivel screen if youre going to be doing vlogs, it makes life so much easier when focusing and checking you're in frame correctly etc

No problem, with your budget you could go with an 1100D but the downside is that its screen doesnt flip out, this is it:

I would go with one of these personally but its a little more expensive, the upside being that its screen flips out and is in many ways better than the 1100D:

If you shop around you could get one second hand for a good price, theres usually some on Gumtree and Cash Generator/Converters and eBay.

I would really recommend the canon 600D, cheaper than the 60D, and has a flip out screen which is SO helpful when filming videos to make sure it's focused on you

I am getting a Canon Rebel T3i when I was testing it at Best Buy it is everything I wanted! The screen flips out, good quality . I cant wait to finally buy it.

I recommend the canon rebel series t3i and up. Great for high quality videos are easy to use. If you want a touch screen and continuous autofocus during video then look at the t4i or t5i. The t5i comes with STM for both kit lenses.
