Bullying On YouTube

Even though I don't like TheArchfiend's videos...he still has a point. Jack was sending his personal army to report videos criticizing him, so in a way he kind of deserved to be yelled at. Also, that video was from over a year ago. I'm not saying forcing him to make an apology video was right, but...not all that hatred towards him was undeserved.

Even though people were making hate videos about him, I agree telling people to flag and dislike it was the wrong choice. But, he's 15! How old is this guy...like 30? What's his excuse. It was a gross video overall.

The thing is, people with class, handle matters like these privately. And that's so jack was like what, 15??? You've got a 20 something year old man trying to publically humiliate a 15 year old? It's just... arch is a total *******.

Im not sure he's douchier than Greg, but yes, the Archfiend is a piece of s**t. I love how whenever anyone criticizes him he says "Thank$ for Watching$" Just want to punch him in the face when I see that LOL
Send me the video link without http:// or www It's not loading on this page for me, it's just white!

It's a legitimate way to get views though. It's just an extension of sensationalist journalism, really. Look at folks like CopperCab. People love to hate!

Ahahahahahah. I'm sorry, this is just sad. Amusingly so.

That said, when it comes to cyber-bullying, I think we're placing the emphasis in the wrong place. We have freedom of speech, and people are going to troll and disagree and whatnot. What we need to do is help the victims roll with it and take it in stride - not to justify trolls, but to take them in stride and not take their actions personally.

It's hard though, especially for young creators. But the internet will always be the internet.
This is actually my mission. You can't end bullying, but you can empower the victims, to decide it doesn't mean anything.

What makes me sad is that one of his YouTube friends is Gineriella, who is AWESOME. she makes rants, but working for a news network she researches the things she rants about. The sad thing is she supports this whiney douchebag.

This guy is pretty douchie though, I guess not everyone on YouTube is exactly part of being in the whole YouTube family thing.

I've lost a bit of respect for her. I liked her so much I made her a SONG. I won't post it but it's called "Symph Shouts out Gineriella" I was just amazed at her quick responses and how much she seems to care about her subs etc. At the time I think she was at around 11,000 subs. But I had this 2 second cameo I wanted her to do, and she asked me if I would make her a bg song. I made her the song, and sent it to her and asked her if she'd do the 2 second cameo. We went back and forth for 3 pm's, me mentioning it EVERY TIME. And every time, she ignored the question, and just asked me if her song was gonna be ready soon.... I just... I thought she was a little more thoughtful than that. A no would have sufficed but she was more just like "I'm not going to acknowledge this question, now where's my song" lol I still like her though, I just used to think the world of her and now I think she's more... normal, and not quite as exceptional as I'd once believed.

People these days, first the economy, now the internet, what's next, the rest of the world? (sarcasm). Youtube used to be a place for people to have fun, now it's been infected by douche's as well. *facepalm*.
