BroadbandTV: really, really, really lame CPMs? [BBTV and subsidiaries]

To play devils advocate, we haven't seen proof these guys actually worked for TGN or BBTV. They offered to send proof to mods but so far no mods have confirmed their claims. Just saying.

But no dashboard for almost 2 years , lowering requirements to 350 views , hit and miss support , Old ceo left unexpectedly and is in a new company called any.tv which i was told by staff most likely isnt with bbtv. The list goes on and on.

Apparently some TGN users are allowed into the dashboard beta from what I read on the TGN forum. So there's that (again assuming it's true). Low requirements are happening all over the place. Once solid and exclusive networks suddenly start taking in everyone and their dog to squeeze out the most profit they can. Same for support.

But again, what I'm wondering most is why they decide to share their story here and not with some formal agency who can investigate this stuff. If they really are skimming money off the top the money trail should be easy to find. At least the discrepency between their Adsense income and the CPM they give their partners should show up clear as day in paperwork.

At this point I'm hesitant to believe either side to be honest. I'll just wait and see what my first monthly statement has to say I suppose. :P

I'm not defending TGN.. I just talk to the people who switch from TGN to other networks which can be found on TGN forums.. The first ex-TGN partner afaik last post is October 2012 when he switched to Curse based on what time he post in TGN forums. He also rant about his cpm with TGN

Support is hit and miss they completely missed when I unpartnered asking for info I gave them clearly over again and I did get a dashboard inv but never got a response within the time said in the email. As far as ad's it seems they are only using standard ad sense ads. But Cpm is my lowestest issue. I just don't like how they ran their business and I joined for the tgn back in 2012 which doesn't exist anymore. Not to mention the automatic change to the contract which as we didn't know bbtv was taking a cut as well as tgn until some drama happened which switched it to just bbtv taking a cut.

I moved from TGN to Curse and i couldnt be happier!! There is only ONE good thing about TGN, no lock in. Everything else sucks about them

I know a lot of ex bbtv employees and what bsimpson says is true. I also met a lot of the executives and I was unimpressed. They openly acknowledged that they did nothing for their partners.
