I've listened to lots of audiobooks on youtube, but never booktube. I'll have to check this out. You learn something every day.

I'm not heavily involved but I'm starting to be. There's a Youtuber called Simone Van Der Steeg and she does book reviews and is an author herself and watching her and interacting with her has gotten me more into it. Definitely check her out.
