Booktube?

Hey guys!
So does anyone here watch/participate in the booktube community?
(Booktube is just talking about books on youtube via tags, hauls, reading lists et. cetera)

I realize it is quite a niche genre of youtube but I didn't see ay talk of it anywhere on here haha

What type of videos do you like to watch? What kind of books do you like to hear about?

Also who are your favourite booktubers & why? Mine are Katytastic, Polandbananabooks, Abookutopia & Elizziebooks and I just love their entheusiam, book choices & content quality.

I just started making booktube videos so I am really trying to make my channel as polished as I can so any input is helpful

I do not watch but it sounds like a good idea. I will check all this channels later. I used to be in Science Fiction books before.

I am subbe to some that I found somehow, because I sure wasen't searching for books. Idk, its a interesting niche and I would like to dwelve more into it (like actually watch their videos), but I'm not a huge reader, and kinda don't like a lot of the books that usually talked about.

i...i kinda just watch the movies based off the book and gauge opinions based on their loosely tied analysis of the book or lack there of...am i alone in this one?

I don't actually like Katytastic... she's not the best in front of the camera--either she's unnatural or her personality just kind of gets under my skin.
I am kind of joining the "BookTube" genre with my new channel, though! So glad someone brought this up! My favorite booktuber at the moment is Kristina Horner. She's fab <3

I've actually heard about it recently. I never knew there was a community around the whole thing but I've loved books for a very long time and just started doing videos that are booktube-y.
