Blizzard Hit Me with a Copyright Claim

all you can do is keep on dispute it, I wonder since when "Video BLocked Worldwide" is considered a strike in Youtube
This was the exact issue I was having with Ubisoft when they had their embargo on AC 4. When I had emailed them about it I got the reply:
"We had to block some Gameplay footage in advance of launch to prevent leaks, and it sounds like your video contains some of that same reference footage." I still think it's a similar issue with Blizzard, not entirely their fault, YouTube's content ID system is pretty crappy at times.

Darn it ... they released one video only to hit another one. This is getting a bit ridiculous! :(

At least after I dispute it, they lift the worldwide block, so that's something.

Hi Kleineganz,
did this dispute got answered already?
I did the same but still have to wait for an answer...

Well they *finally* released my 2nd claimed video. Ugh. I wonder if any more will get hit.
yeah, happened to me, too. I'm just wondering if you've got the same youtube mail:
"Good news! Your dispute wasn't reviewed within 30 days, so the copyright claim on your YouTube video has now been released by Blizzard."
This sounds like there was no review by blizzard but more like blizzard did not react to the dispute and the time expired so it was automatically released o0.

I did, but for me, in both cases, it was far less than 30 days when I got that email.
