Biggest Tip for Getting and KEEPING Subscribers!!!

The biggest advice I can give to anyone who is getting discouraged about not getting subscribers who actually watch your content is to GET TO KNOW PEOPLE, and form relationships with them. Not only do you get traffic to your channel, but you meet awesome people who become your friends along the way.

If you're making videos soley for the intent to make money and rack up subs... you probably won't get anywhere. Good luck guys! <3

Using YouTube just for money is definitely the wrong way to go! You have to put passion and fun into your videos, if you do it just for money then there is no drive to make quality content

Right... sometimes there are days that I dont get a whole lot of footage of my kids or things I am doing but I will sit down at the end of the day and just talk about my day to my fans... I do it because I want to involve others on this crazy journey that I am on. You know?

It really does... After all youtube is a social platform... What is more social then getting to know people you wouldn't normally have the option to meet?

I agree completely... the difficult part is getting the viewers and then getting them to subscribe and then getting them to interact (so you can interact back).

I have been lucky and have a few dedicated viewers who comment share and reach out on twitter which is awesome.. just wish it was easier to get more of 'em lol

Finding your target audience is key... find people who like the things you do. Who are interested in the type of videos you are putting out. I sub'd by the way cause I find you interesting! I will be watching!

Thanks for the tip! I'm trying to build a community while I'm here at YouTube talk! So far everything is going well. Slowly people are starting to notice me from the little conversations I have here and there.
