Big Youtubers Who get little amount of views

Well even if someone is subbed to them, doesn't mean they'll watch every new thing they come out with
Factor in as well the odds that person will see the video if they are subbed to lots of people
Also maybe some are bots, others inactive youtube fans, others may just be subbed for the sake of subbing particularly the older a YouTuber is the more 'dead subs' they'll have.

So ultimately I guess it does come down to the quality of your content, interesting title/description etc

Seeing this makes me think they are bots. Could someone explain this to me.

No! not bots, do you see a number of views around the 300 mark, if so that's YouTube's fault, because of the huge amount of views that come flooding in when one video is put up, YouTube's servers find it hard to cope, so they obviously have a system that register's the views, it just gets updated once the traffic calms down or a couple of hours later.

yes bit that happens only after 300 because of the infamous algorithm they use.
