Big youtubers what do they get paid monthly

Ok so looking on statsheep and social blade of top youtubers some hve a monthly pay of over 100k and upwards ... Is this what they actually earn or do YouTube and other things take a cut , seems a lot of money and especially when some of the youtubers talk about there day jobs , surely if your making 100,000 a month you wouldn't need day jobs ... Or have I picked this up wrong
