I mean that everyone knows that it's not possible for big youtubers to respond to every single message.. but when someone message a big youtuber, he forgets that's it's impossible and he expects an answer.

I admit I reply to everyone but I get like 2 comments a week so I think I have the time and resources to give them something back

If i was racking up thousands of comments an hour I assure you I wouldn't even try to reply to them all. I would potentially make one big reply but other than that no chance in hell lol.

That's why while I am still a smaller channel right now, I reply to all comments. I really do care about them and IF I were to ever get big and they commented on my videos and I didn't get back to them, I want them to understand that I can't go through the hundreds of comments just to look for theirs to reply to. That would also be seen as favoritism if I just simply commented back to someone who has stuck around me since the beginning. That's just me though.

I am not a big channel but all-ready on the limmit of what I can do for my folowers. So many questions in the PM box where i get my textures, What program I use to make the videos, if they can chat with me on skype, what i did on 3:15 and why i do it like that, etc. etc.

So, if i multiply it with 1000...that must be brain terror

Hahaha, I know right. It's good to see that people are actually making an effort to talk to their viewers. Right now, I only have 168 subscribers, but they are ALL active. So even now, I am getting heaps of messages and comments to reply to
